Award-Winning Workplace Culture
Dayspring Villa earned the World’s Best Culture Certification, a prestigious recognition from Drive, a consultancy organization specializing in senior living culture. This accolade highlights Dayspring Villa’s exceptional workplace culture, deeply rooted in the values of our parent organization, Christian Living Communities.
The World’s Best Culture Certification is based on results from the Culture Values Assessment from Barrett Values Center. Using this assessment, team members shared their personal values, the current values of our community, and the desired values of their ideal workplace. Feedback was then calculated into a culture score that reflects Dayspring Villa’s health and strength based on the alignment of these three sets of values.
Dayspring Villa scored an impressive 83, far surpassing the senior living community average score of 63, and the score of 70 required for certification.
