The certification is based on the Culture Values Assessment developed by Barrett Values Centre, a globally recognized tool used to measure organizational culture and values alignment.
Organizations such as Mastercard, Coca-Cola, Prudential, and Volvo have utilized this assessment to better understand and strengthen their workplace environments. With more than 25 years of data and four million assessments in its database, Barrett Values Centre provides a trusted benchmark for evaluating organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Drive Culture Outcomes, a consulting firm focused on helping senior living organizations improve workplace culture, uses this assessment to identify communities that demonstrate strong values alignment and employee engagement.
