Dayspring Villa Assisted Living Pricing
Dayspring Villa offers a level of care system that simplifies how assistance services are charged, making it easier to understand and ensure each person only pays for the level of assistance they need. Assessments to determine the level of assistance are conducted prior to move-in, 30 days after move-in, upon change of condition, annually and upon request. Monthly Service Fee
Payment for the first month is due upon the day of move-in. Monthly service fees (as of January 2024).
Basic Service Fees:
- Small Studios (262-292 SF) – $4,115/month
- Medium Studios (310 SF) – $4,175/month
- Large Studios (350 SF) – $4,230/month
- Large 1 Bedroom (456 SF) – $4,465/month
- Second Person Charge – $800/month
- Community Fee – $1,750 (private pay residents, non-refundable)
*Dayspring Villa assessment determines a resident’s level of care.
- Level 1 Care – $150/month*
- Level 2 Care – $400/month*
- Level 3 Care – $700/month*
